AdWords Canada doesn't seem to be a place for Gambling/ForEx ads - at least none that lasted 365 days. So either AdWords is not the right channel for this niche, or their quals are higher than in other countries. Perhaps there is some Canadian legislation that Google is cautious not to violate?

Fierce competition in Gaming. The majority of the advertisers are running 1 ad for a year. Only two advertsisers could run three simultaneously ads for 365 days. Kudos to these DR advertisers. Detailed info here
